These guys or girls that make a living on their instagram for plainly SHOCKFACTOR dont care who they abuse or who they harm they are like true pyscopaths with zero conscience that they just dont care . They are ruthless unethical and plain out criminal harassers you cant reason with them they dont rationilize they love getting arrested to write about it on instagram. the only way is taking away their internet.
I don't agree with the ones that go out of their way to harass people like the guy that got arrested but the reality is human beings are a weird lot. You step out of your house and you are on innumerable cameras from dash cams to ring cams to cctv in every retail establishments but if someone walks by and snaps your pic in a non offensive way suddenly it's a war over their right to do so when the reality is anywhere, anytime in public anyone has the LEGAL right to take a pic of what ever they see. It amazes me how many people don't know that and are willing to escalate to physical violence over someone taking their pic without consent.

try taking a pic of someone in my neighbourhood bubba will knockl the phone out of your hand and delete thanm throow a few punches ;)
But if the person with the camera was also uploading to the cloud or was broadcasting live to someone who was recording Bubba would now be back in the slammer over nothing. Meanwhile like I said Bubba was on numerous other cameras at the same time. The reality is we are in a surveillance state at this point. Why get bent out of shape at Tom for snapping your pic when Bob got the same images on his dashcam driving by and Suzy's doorbell cam did the same thing. Everyone has the right to conceal their identity with a mask if the TRULY want to preserve their identity. As opposed to selectively creating a conflict because you believe no one has the right to film you.

i think bubba would rob the guy his phone and take away proof then sneekl away lol but yes your right were all on caM but city cams arent posting pictures of us maliciously from city cams
We literally have no idea what any camera does with the images. Much the same as we have no idea if a guy snapping pics on Yonge st has malicious intentions. My point is if you're concerned with one you should be concerned with all as there is little to differentiate. Tons of people wear masks and don't have to worry about it.

I don't, this all sounds pretty minor compared to the pedo rape gang running america and eating babies.
Is it ok because they are Jewish or white?

im asking you that question is it legal?
It's 100% legal for anyone to take a picture of what ever they can see with their eyes as long as it's on public property. If you do it in Mc Donalds they can ask you to stop or leave but in public 100% legal. Check out Canada Cop Watch and True North Transparency. Even filming cops arresting someone is totally legal.

I do know if you take pictures of anyone under 18 its illegal if your a stranger to them.
I don't believe that to be true. I've seen kids walk past the camera in True North Transparency videos. Furthermore what are you supposed to do, ask a stranger their age before you turn your camera on? Now I wouldn't recommend filming someone who is clearly under 18 but I've never seen it indicated that it was illegal. Good question for a lawyer actually but I think it's legal from what I have seen.

your right as long as its not lewd pictures,

So, When Might the Police Take Action?

The situation could change if the person taking the photos is already known to police to be under legal restrictions, such as court-ordered conditions or a police-issued recognizance that prohibits them from being near schools, parks, or other areas where children gather. In such cases, the individual could be arrested and searched. However, unless there are exigent circumstances, police would still need a warrant to search the suspect’s device, and if the images are password-protected, the suspect is not obligated to provide the password.

Exception: If the photos are taken in a public location where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as a bathroom or change room, or if someone is covertly taking up-skirt pictures in a public place, these actions could be considered illegal under certain sections of the Criminal Code, such as voyeurism. In these cases, the individual could be arrested for obtaining images illegally.
y and passted this
Ya so totally legal. But still kinda creepy. It's nice to have rights protected by the charter. If you want to stay anonymous a mask is your best bet.
