Its crazy to me because even when im leaving an unfavorable review i typically try to keep the details if related to physical appearance not meeting expectations to DMs because as stated, they read this shit and have feelings.
Whats wild to me, is that ive never seen any indication what was written here about hair or appearance or hygiene, and this is after me seeing her several times over several years. Shes never been anything but sweet and a great experience for me.
I don't like white knighting or discrediting peoples experiences on here because it gives some balance to expectations but that hair comment seemed so out of the ordinary including being discredited from someone who saw her on the same visit, i suspect theres a possibility the person who left the review was in the batch of people that she wasn't accepting bookings for new clients, left a spiteful review and unfortunately she saw it and it really affected her.
Anyways - if you still check this thread Chloe, I don't think the people have seen you believe that nonsense and id ignore the comment since we know its not founded. I get though that it can be taxing mentally when you feel underappreciated or full on insulted when your nothing but pleasant and provide good service, and are far from unattractive
