The video has been viewed and ordered preserved by a local judge in Minnesota.
So he has obviously seen it himself (and probably made a copy).
That order was then lifted because the judge felt the defendants were not likely to destroy or improperly alter the video.
So we know the video exists.

We now know the bodycam video exists, because a local judge isnt going to lie about that.
So if the bodycam video shows the ICE officers murdered Pretti in cold blood, and it show they are at fault, why would Noem and Bovino make public that they have bodycam video?? If the video is incriminating, and since you think the Trump administration is corrupt, wouldnt they just lie about it and deny the bodycam video even exists?? Or wouldnt they just say the bodycam had technical difficulties and didnt work that day, so there is no video. Why would admit that they have the bodycam video?? And why would they release it to a judge??
