Kathleen street is never a good idea.
Cops do patrol the area quite frequently. Most ladies working Kathleen are heavy users so there is the risk of catching something.
Leoslist is 90% fake ads as already mentioned. Wait for some of the travelling ladies to post there when they're in town. Excellent service, clean, but pricey tho.
There are other local options, some of whom are mentioned above. But I'd stay clear of Kathleen.
