How long have you been hobbying (what year did you start), and roughly how many providers have you seen since then?

I started seriously 1.5 years ago. Before that I had one sloppy drunk backpage hookup and one drunk Chinese MP visit, both in 2014. It wasn't until I got out of a toxic BPD relationship that I considered this.

My first real session, I walked into a parlour, asked for full service, got a legit 10/10 for $450. Blew my mind. Money spent with no drama, no arguing, no emotional fallout. Fast forward to now and I'm at 26 companions. Still pull civilian girls when I want, but the hobby gives me an adrenaline rush + guaranteed access to beautiful women with zero strings. No pregnancy scares, no crazy exes ... just fuck, CIM, peace out, maybe hit my favorite spot for food after.

PSA - This is not meant to be a dick measuring contest. Just curious to know your stories.

I was having affairs for about 12 years. When the last one ended, I knew the chances of finding the next lady, next to zero. I think my first affair set the stage. Like a vampire that craves blood. I crave for that hot, make belief session! So from i moved from married housewives to these gems.

First was some lady from backpacks. The session was a complete disaster. 3 more subpar sessions. And then ZIRI. A true service queen that was exactly what I was looking for.

Feeling it may be the time to close off this chapter of my life.

I read that most affairs start because of sexless marriages. Was that the case, or do you just eat with your eyes? What makes you feel it may be time to close off this chapter of your life? In case you do, best of luck in your next chapter.

Not really. It has become routine but I still enjoy it. 95% of the experiences were just ok. Very few girls were over 8/10.

In the late 90s, the choices were limited. Many advertised in magazines. I'd call the number, drive to a nearby location, and call from a phone box, specified by the girl. They obviously knew the number of the pay phone. They did that to ensure that you were in the area.

In the late 90s, were stings a big worry back then? How taboo was hobbying for regular dudes compared to now? You must have witnessed multiple, multiple generations of girls come and go. The girls from 2007 - 2011 are probably married, kids, normal life now.

Oh man, you just unlocked a long forgotten bad memory for me. My ACTUAL first time ever paying for sex. 1998, my dad was about to die in North York Branson hospital.

After leaving the hospital on the 2nd to last day of his life, I drove to yonge and Eglington. Grabbed a Now magazine and flipped to the back pages.

Found an ad and called the number and the girl directed me to a building on Erskine ave.

I went to the apartment and she stood behind the door until after I entered. When I saw her I had instant regret. She looked strung out and had scabs on her arms.

There were like 5 telephones constantly ringing. I didn't see anyone else in the apartment. She told me to go in the bedroom and get naked.

I laid on the bed and she tried to suck on my limp dick. I couldn't even get hard even though I was 26. The situation was so bad.

I can't remember if we even did anything else. She left to take a phone call and I got dressed and gathered my stuff and beelined it for the door.

I can't even believe I was able to put all the pieces together to get there back then.

It's an episode I like to forget, probably one of the lowest points of my life tbh

That world is nothing like the world we have today. But I guess that still exists out there somewhere in some form.

In 2002, there was a big sting of the Asian massage parlors in Richmond Hill, EBC. It basically decimated the businesses there. I believe none or few exist now. I used to go there a lot but haven't returned since.

Started in the mid-90's....lost count along the way. Used newspapers and Yellow Pages in the early days before TERB came along. Some great memories, eg. many MP's here in Toronto, getting rimmed for the first time in a Montreal hotel outcall (wow...what was that?) and an amazingly beautiful Russian hooker working the Athens hotels.

The only downside with this track record is that I'm in my mid-70's and my best hobbying days are behind me.

Started about three years ago, so far only three ladies. Two of which were back to back when I first tried this hobby out. I'm pretty content with that pace. I only practice when traveling, never at home, although I'm very tempted by some of the locals.

Started about 20 years ago.
A combination of getting married young and feeling like I'd missed out on some fun years and my wife having some health issues made me start looking around.
Can't remember if it was a magazine ad or craigslist, but I met a chick who was trying to get some money together to move away.
We were both pretty nervous but had a good time and saw her a few times before she left.

Since then I've had some great times, met some wonderful women.
But, I've also seen some really bad shit.
This "hobby" can give you a really interesting perspective on life if you let it.

Body count? No idea. Maybe 40 different women in my most active year. Maybe 200-250 total.

started just before covid, 91 different providers - most repeats is x5 (or 6? fugged if I can remember)

Just easier ... no chasing - whip out the billfold and then the pecker
