As for long penises, the vaginal canal is only so deep (3 to 4 inches pre-arousal and maximum 8 inches during arousal), so anything longer is just a waste.
Anal is a different story though LOL.

As far as anal is concerned, many years ago I was employed by a company in Montreal that paid for management's annual medical checkups by a GP, whose signature part of the exam was to insert a rigid sigmoidoscope up our butts to see if there were any polyps or other issues.
The scope was a hollow metal tube with a light inside, and a lens for a proper view of the lower section of the colon.
The scope was 19mm thick by 25cm long, which is 9.8 inches.
