Im curious if anyone has TOFTT on this one. I've seen the post pretty regularly in the KW area, and from my understanding she used to run a pretty up to date OF.

She isnt an SP, she is just on LL to sell her OF. Once you make contact she will push you to sign up to her OF to show youre "serious" and then youll never meet her.
