Was chatting with @Ahri because she’s such a good marketer, and I just like her. And we decided it’s a good idea for me to do this because my phone is blowing up and I have a lot work and planning to do before my transition because I want everything to be perfect for you guys. I have to start getting my photos and profile to Andy and we are going to meet and check out the units, and I need to buy stuff for the new condo I’ll be working out of. I like having quality things in there and you guys know I pay attention to detail.

1. My start date is January 6th.

2. There is a marginal rate increase to $400/hour but my fees are slightly higher there so I’m trying to make up the difference.

3. My homebase will be downtown and I will venture out East & West for a few days a month. Overnights will be available — we are deciding on price. I am considering outcalls but they will probably have to be overnights as well and will not be cheap, and only available to known clients I’ve seen at the incall. Overnights/Outcalls will be a privilege. Not an option.

Please feel to ask anything here. And to offer any feedback to me or the agency. Girls are welcome to give me advice or feedback too.

I will discuss this with her and the price will be exorbitant. I feel more comfortable with her because I don’t really know her as a coworker I see regularly. She is experienced and I think it we could make a lot of fucking money together.

I've been wanting to meet you, and this will definitely make it easier. My only gripe with Mirage is the quality of their incalls (dated, in need of repair, products used). Hopefully you'll get this sorted.

I won’t be at Bay & Gerrard and I will make sure the quality surpasses or at least matches the quality at Secret even if I have to pay out of my own pocket.

Andy is happy to let me manage this as I see fit. I suspect the unit I am in will be fine and they have cleaners there more than weekly. Plus I clean myself. Towels will be good. Sheets will be good. Products will be good. There will be water and wine and proper glasses.

He is even letting me have a locker so I don’t have to lug around 70 lbs of hoe shit. I’m honestly thrilled with him and how kind he has been. Really chill guy.

Let me know of any other things you guys want or need.

Happy New Year, Kelly and wishing you luck in your move to Mirage. Just have a few questions:

1) Have you decided on which days you usually would be working during the week? Will the timings be similar to 1 pm - 1 am, as you had during Secrets?

2) The duo with you and Ahri seems to be a great idea. But since you and Ahri work in different agencies, will the condo be arranged by Mirage or how will it work?

3) I am assuming your schedule will be posted this Sunday evening?

1. I was getting a little burnt out with the 12 hour shifts. And Mirage is open 11-11. So maybe I will do that. Or I will do three shorter shifts. It is much easier for me because I can just walk home after.

2. Ahri and I can talk and decide with our management.

3. I don’t know when schedules are posted but I’ll be doing three shorter shifts during the week of January 6th. Let me know what days you guys will like.
