Diet is 80% or more of it......For exercise just pick whatever you enjoy or at least don't hate (cardio, weights, swimming, whatever) and be Consistent. Fuck perfection, fuck optimization, fuck intensity, just be consistent. That's all that it takes.
Dude, there is a reason most of the membership is PAYING FOR IT......Hi all,
im in my late 30s and I can definitely stand to lose at least a solid 50lbs, seriously. And I can feel in my ‘performance’ sometimes. So been trying to be more active and eat healthier.
Just wondering if I am ‘competing’ with male models on here with SPs I see lol
And if you treat the weight routine like circuit training, you can get cardio out of it.
That is what I do. I hate cardio, so I just do weights 5 days a week at about 70 to 80% intensity.
It's worked great at keeping me at a steady 80 to 90Kgs over the years.
Exactly what I do.And if you treat the weight routine like circuit training, you can get cardio out of it.
I hear that! But I do use some dumbells / free weights as I find they help with my balance muscles vs the machines that don't.Exactly what I do.
Just full body circuit weights and only on machines.
No free weights or power lifting etc.,
At my age need to make sure I don't end up breaking or tweaking anything. lmao.
Mine was 300 bench, 350 squat, 400 DL, but that was almost 30 years ago LOL225 bench, 405 squat, 500 DL
Road cycle 200km in less than 6 hours
Can do the full splits
Ski on the most challenging pistes in the world
Running a half marathon in the snow later today cause im bored
Secret? semen retention
I have heard and seen this a lot over the years, fully understandable but my suggestion is to not delay the free weights until you "feel 100% ready" because machines and free weights are two different things. Even very small steps count, and they can be done very gradually and safely.I like the machines as I find it helps me better with my form. Maybe I will upgrade to free weights soon enough when I am more comfortable with my form after some practice.
