How often do you wash your hair ?
For myself I wash everyday and wash it twice.
I do not lose any hair at all.
They say you should not wash your hair every day because it dries it out.
but it is working for me.

thoughts ?

It depends on how long your hair is, on your hair texture, etc. 💜 I've always washed my hair every 2 days because I have very fine hair and like you said it gets dry.

I think if someone has very long hair, if they wash it too often it can get damaged, particularly if it's bleached or dyed. I've known people who washed their hair less often and it looked really healthy but they had long hair. I don't think it's necessary to wash your hair twice a day but it's good to be clean.

what I meant by washing my hair twice is that I wash rinse and repeat .

Right now I keep mine short, like #1 razor every few months short. So a quarter sized dollop of shampoo for about 1 minute of scrubbing is all it takes. Once a day. Using a huge bottle of whatever is on sale. I think I buy once a year.

The short hair is so freeing. Getting ready is a snap.

My routine also, I use Dove hair care for men , it's always on sale when I need to buy.

short hair=easy maintenance

Almost every day but just water, shampoo when I feel I need it

Before Covid19 once a day because I was in the gym.
Now I am not in the gym so I say 2-3 times a week with baby shampoo. Sometimes I won't use shampoo if washed a day or so.

Not too much hair on my scalp any more.

So I use a facial wash to clean up after work on hot days when roasting in the car on the commute home.
And just use that to wash my hair as well. Same face cloth.

Otherwise I shower and wash my hair about 3 times a week.
You only get so sweaty pecking out reports at a desk as your daily workout.

Ask your barber. I did and he said every few days, and don't use a dryer. My hair gets too wavy and it's better to use a towel.

I don't use drug store shampoo, I use good quality shampoo expensive but it works for me.
the key is to use sulfate free shampoo.

I do mine with 2-in-1 every other day.

And showing how white I am, I use the excess as a body wash.

Same here. Also, you can put on and take off hats without a care in the world.
