The place has been legit for me. The massage was very good though I will add it was also super suggestive. lol I ended up visiting lillimoon right afterwards

I got my massage from a Chinese woman, but when I left I saw an Indian woman wearing a long, tight dress with a huge neckline. I also found it quite suggestive.

I posted the following in a different thread that didn't reference the location, so I thought I would post it here as well, so that it will come up during searches, since I had trouble finding it myself....and also post about my follow-up visit, which has just added to my confusion.....

I just had my first, somewhat confusing and mixed, experience at 1390 Prince of Wales! I have been avoiding the more mainstream MPs lately (former regular at Brass and CMJ), and have been using Kijiji once in a while to search for alternative massages. Found some real gems, but also some duds on there.... Anyway, The ad for this place has caught my eye several times, (descriptions and ages of the women, flirty text screen grabs in the ad, etc) and I finally took the plunge and booked a 4 hand massage this week with Stephanie and Eva. In my case, there was no draping at first, while I was on my stomach, but as soon as I flipped over, there was draping expected. There was a decent glute massage portion, but I didn't get a feeling that there was more available? It was my first time there, so not sure. To note, the massage began as a 2 hand only, which seemed much more sensual and teasing, but when the second MA arrived (she was busy and running late), it became less sensual. I'm still curious about this place, and interested in seeing the other staff members. The massage was decent, but nowhere near RMT-level. Also someone (the owner??) came into the room mid-massage to retrieve something, and another client came in while I was in the entrance paying, for those that care about that sort of thing. If I go back I will report again.

Since I was confused and slightly intrigued about my first visit, I went back for a 2-hand massage this week, and saw Arati. Once again, mixed signals// Maybe you are right Daemonhead, that this is there marketing business technique -- lots of suggestion and tease, but no finish. No draping was expected, and the massage was decent -- lots of work on glutes legs, thighs. There were obvious signs I was enjoying it :0 but at the flip, a cover was applied again, a small towel used for draping aka tenting at this point. I went ahead and asked and it sounds like there are no extras, ever, but they are asked all the time, and were taught a very "sensual technique" from one of the other attendants. I can confirm that at least for the attendants I have seen so far, they are not registered. I've never been to a place like this before, and I am still intrigued - damn it.
Final note, she mentioned they would be moving soon to a new location nearby on Merivale.....

Well, despite my better judgement I made another return to Prince of Wales spa and well, once again the blue ball special all the way. I saw Stephanie and it was absolutely full of teasing and suggestion and her body is very hot, and her top was very low cut they were in my face -BUT NOTHING EXTRA - no draping required at the start once again.
All the signs are there but... fool me once, shame on you, fool me three times, well guess that's on me. There is something about this place though.

For some clients the tease and denial keeps them going back. Some people like the "chase" and the uncertainty of it. The lower rates and the tease keeps them going back hoping for more.
This place probably has rules set by the owner that no hanky panky is allowed for legal reasons.
If you clicked with any attendant then go back to the same one and politely ask her towards the end if you can release yourself while she massages you. Leave a decent tip if she allows it. Switching MAs won't improve your chances IMHO.
If you get lucky then DM me

Looks like they are opening a new location on Merivale, maybe it will be different there, lol or at least I try to fool myself with that thought,

This is pretty much how my experiences went there as well; been a few times and at times the teasing really reminds you of a place with HE but they don’t provide anything more than a massage (from my experience anyway)

Honestly, they have a good massage, my insurance accept their receipt and if my wife ask me where I doing my massage, I can show this location.
Sometimes I go to other places to find some extras
