Ive been thinking about them for a long time but what got me REALLY thinking about them recently was while watching porn with a client. The lady's tits were fantastic

I heard from a bunch of ladies from the states that Columbia is the place to go for enhancements.

My biggest fear is that I'll wake up with those horrible anchor or lollipop incisions.

Do you know where your favorite enhanced breasts are from?

For anyone who's had breast enhancements, where did you go and are you happy with them?

From my experience women who are not born like a stick will gain weight after BA ( Breast Augmentation). Not a few pounds as Doctors / research suggest say but quiet alot.
I seen the effect of BA on strippers since they are mainly exercising on the pole the minority don't gain much. But most women are not born with DNA for thin body types.

If you have a sitting job, drive more than 1/2 hour to work one way, and not eat like a veggie or what ever they are called, expect to gain the weight. I seen it at work and other places I hang out.

I live with old ladies and some do still have their perfect BA upright. But then again she has a thin body. Her job was walking / sitting ( nurse ) which she looks normal. The other lady gained some mass but not to much.

Where is the best place to get BA? that answer is subjective.

A SP I see had hers done in Columbia. The scarring was horrendous. The good ones I’ve seen are done with a small incision along the bottom where rhe breasts meet the body. Hers were vertical incisions an inch or two below the nipple towards the body and had major scarring that looks dark compared to her beautiful white skin. A couple of years later the scarring has not completely gone away. So buyer beware.

Not a fan of BA. I know Ashley Tisdale got her's removed due to complications iirc. I prefer someone with a natural C cup or larger. Research heavily if you want them done. Google the doctor in case stuff comes up or try looking into FB groups.

Be prepared once it is done to be on a hamster wheel getting them redone every 8-10 years.

Capsular contracture can turns the nicest soft inserts into rock as body forms scar tissue around them.
Not too much can be done about it than to start augmentation again after scarring tissue is cut away.

Work on being happy with the body you are born with.
Unless you need to make a living dancing in Texas titty bars.
Cause everything is expected to be bigger in Texas regardless of the cost to the dancer.

I've never been with a SP or a gf that has fake tits. Not a fan of them nor will see a SP with them out of my own perference. A few things you need to ask yourself is:

1. Are you doing this for yourself or to lure more clients?
2. Can you afford to maintain them?
3. If you need to go on meds for longterm because of them can you afford that added expense?
4. Down the road if you had enough of them, aren't pleased or have some complications can you easily afford to have them removed?
5. As I already stated heavily research the clinic you decide to go to than getting some botched job

Maybe find some forums on RE and see what long term customers have to say and it's not some marketing ploy of course.

Something like that I'd do in your home country in case there is complications or maintenance needed. Flying home from Columbia most likely in pain? I thought they were done through the armpit now?

Having said that many people fly all over the world for different procedures nowadays, I'm sure most are fine. There's still considerable language barriers often. I went to Columbia and hardly anyone spoke a word of English, maybe it's different in these clinics as many clients travel for the procedure.

Most often you hear the horror stories, not the 90 plus per cent that are probably successful.

Over many years I've known more than a few SPs, dancers, friends who got boob jobs. They considered out of country choices because it was cheaper than in Canada but none of the ladies were able to confirm the doctors were properly trained so they decided to pay the extra cash to get them done at home and have them done right by qualified surgeons. Of the 2 or 3 that went out of country, one to Columbia the others were in Mexico all had issues within a year or 2 and needed them fixed.
I'd suggest do it in Canada by a qualified surgeon that can also be available in case of any problems. Most importantly do this for yourself and not because of your job or for anyone else.

One lady I used to see went someplace in Eastern Europe to get hers done, I can't remember off the top of my head. They were absolutely spectacular.

I've been with several ladies with augmented breasts and only one had visible scars and they were on the underside. I even told a lot of them to give their surgeon my compliments.

I can't think off the top of my head one woman I preferred the post-BA look over their natural look. I don't hate fake boobs, I just never see the point unless they've had an accident or lost a bunch of weight or something.

Enhanced boobs look good while they're still covered. Once exposed, they often look fake and it's not a pretty look. Even worse, once they've been touched, the firmness is not something I find enjoyable.

@SinnamonFairbanks, fat transfer is the way to go. I have seen many Asian ladies that have had the procedure. Almost no detectable scars - incision points heal extremely well. And it is your own fat, so no one can truly say your breasts are fake.

I imagine you would have to go to Japan or South Korea for the an expert procedure. But I am sure you can find something in the US. For this type of procedure, you best not bother with going to any other countries.

I think the only limitation with the procedure is the number of cup sizes you can increase. But if you are going for a truly beautiful body, very large cup sizes are ridiculous in normal society.

Too many long term complications with adding foreign objects into the body. Do your research and wish you best of luck.
