Rubio's buffoonery blows up....

"The U.S. State Department justified the visa denial on grounds of “national security,” accusing the Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization of “undermining peace efforts” through legal appeals to the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice."

Another great accomplishment of the tiny, bruised orange hand of Trump. Making America less and less influential.

What an embarrassing, well earned global slap in the face to the United States. Don't blame Trump alone. Almost half of the American people voted him into office. And lots of them still will buy his meme coin, golden sneakers and bullshit lies.

Thank you Sir! And thank you for formally uniting India, China, Russia, Iran, Brazil et al in an anti-western alliance to conspire against the United States. (To blow yor own Toot back into your face)

And thank you for the wake up call for Canada to realize that the United States are about as trustworthy as Leolist. And greedier than a visiting Montreal indy fat chick.

We'll stick with the reliable agencies of Europe and fellow civilized people who think past their next Big Mac and Pepsi Slurpee.

See you in Geneva! Not New York.

Us mere citizens of the world will visit Spain, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, South America, Australia, NZ, etc etc... not Florida, Arizona or that disgusting fake clip joint of a city called Las Vegas to spend our money.

Marco Rubio is a milquetoast.

The King of Kings doesn't understand economics. If he destroys NYC's economy where will the transfer payments to derelict Red States going to come from? The IDF has launched another offensive in Gaza, Gaza city will become another Jaffa.

The ADL claims that James Gunn is Anti-Semitic, they've taken exception to this scene. They claim Vasil Ghurkos looks like David Ben Gurion.

Isabela Merced is in Peacemaker.

That is a collective FUCK YOU to the USA. They really need to move the UN out of NY to a Neutral country. Maybe a good idea is the Ukraine war ends, Ukraine agrees to neutrality and the UN is moved to Kiev as a reward and security guarantee.

The attacks on rules based governance is really majorly screwing up the planet.
The US is now a pariah state like Russia.

I worry that its going to get way worse before it can be fixed.
I share the same worry. And Ive been pretty politically stoic and party-agnostic in my life... but the way things have been going 🤷‍♂️ . Seems like the weak really want strongmen dictators to protect them from.... who? Brown people? 🤷‍♂️

Having said that, the left has been failing to enforce rules-based laws on immigration all over Canada, USA and Europe. And then going soft on enforcement against whomever of them are, or become, criminals.

I ascribe a lot of it to people becoming more and more selfish and politicians becoming politicians for personal aggrandizement, not for altruistic civic, national and humanitarian reasons. Just wannabe celebrities using our advanced knowledge of human psychology to say what the people want to hear to get elected.

Seems the worse things get the more extremist solutions people want, the more the right wing screws up the system the more the victims think that only right wingers can fix it. But the 'strongman' or despot leader thing has to end at some point. trump is failing on everything and won't last long. Not that he's the only problem, Putin and Netanyahu are just as bad or worse.

Immigration here is a bit of a mess. We need some immigration because neoliberalism has made having kids too expensive and we need people to keep funding long term pensions. It also was screwed up by abusing the TFW and international student issues. The provinces skipped funding universities and colleges for a long time by having them rely on international student money instead. Now Ontario laid off 10,000 teachers this year. TWF was started by the liberals to cover farm workers and a few other things that Canadians really didn't want to do but now its used by places like Timmies, where they can get foreign indentured labour for a bit cheaper. The fixes for both of those won't be cheap.

Canada should cancel the F-35 and name our next fighter jet (hopefully the Gripen with RR engine) the FU-57 😜
