Exactly this ^^^ But be careful, what you just said will be challenged and also called "anecdotal". lolThis is true. I got friends I grew up with in the 90s from all over the world including Indians and even they say the immigrants who have showed up in the past decade are ruining it. Some are great and hard workers, but there's a lot of people who need to go back. A lot of them are also jealous that people have homes and nice things who worked their butt off for and these people knowing Canada's gun laws and such will in broad daylight now walk into homes of other Indians and just rob them due to jealously. Why not show up to Canada and work your way like others have? My one buddy from grade school said his folks penny pinched and did what they had to do when arriving in Canada with no money and eventually started a business and slowly moved up in life.
The immigrants who came here decades ago generally didn't leave trash everywhere and such like people do back in their country of origin. They adapted to the Canadian way.
I grew up in Parkdale for part of my teenage life, we had all walks of life there, Jamaican, Guyanese, Filipinos, European, Indian, etc, etc, it was a big mix because that area was low income and when you came to Canada you obviously didn't have much and it was the place for relatively cheap rent. All got along pretty for the most part, some fights, but that's expected with neighbours hating on neighbours.
What some on this board refuse to see and believe is that the new guys coming in are disrespectful, don't care to assimilate and are literally shitting and littering/polluting in the process, even with videos to prove it. lol
They also didn't go out to cottage country and randomly shoot guns in the air just for the hell of it. But that's another story.
