So I went to see naughty cougar lady (locanto Peterborough) for her very enjoyable massage and hj/bj finish and she shared this story with me about a client that visited her last night. I’m relaying it because it makes me sad to see a genuinely good person be treated this way. So an average white guy in his 50s wants an appointment last night and though she said she was exhausted she needed the money for her kids camp so booked him. As he’s undressing, she mentions that she normally collects her fee upfront. He said do you want me to get dressed and go get it from my car as he said forgot it there or I’ll get you at the end of the session. She was tired and he seemed like a good guy so she said end of session is fine and did her thing and even gave him a little extra time and quite enjoyed his company. She said he gets dressed goes out to where he parked in her driveway, she’s standing outside and he’s fumbling around a bit as if he’s looking For the cash. Then suddenly he backs down her driveway quickly gives her a wave and buggers off. She had never seen him before and wondered how someone could be that mean-spirited. Apparently this guy who I would now refer to as a piece of shit found out about her through terb. To this guy, you should be ashamed of your behavior and I really hope karma bites you in the ass big time. Who said this type of work was easy money.
What a jerk!!!!!

First - it wasn't lawyers who arrived at this conclusion for the new laws. It was politicians. They decided what they wanted and in their mind - the sale of sex would go down and thereby exploitation of sex workers if men, the perpetrators of that exploitation, were the ones who were criminalized.

Second - Bedford got the laws changed because the previous laws went against her rights granted to her by the Charter of Rights. Which is basically the only way, besides direct request and support from the government (like the decriminalization of weed) to get laws changed again. And for men - you have no Charter of Rights to fall back on. Purchasing sex or sex itself is not a right so you have no way to challenge the laws. That is why I said that. Being ripped off doing something illegal, even in a group, is not going to get the laws changed again. Especially when so many believe that sex workers are exploited.

This is why escorts protested for decriminalization. Why so many wrote letters, spoke at government readings, etc. because we didn't want men criminalized. We knew what would happen. We knew because of what we already went through. But thank the PC government. They, as conservatives, could never have had it go any other way.
great explanation about the sentiment back then. Aah as always the politicians, they always got to keep us divided, fix it for one side and screw it for the other.

Yea, I understood your sentence 'Purchasing sex or sex itself is not a right ' you pay for the escort's time.... pre 2014, neither SW nor johns could go to the police if they were exploited. Providers couldnt go to the police even if there was violence or rape or any other force involved...And what happened in 2014 was for the better. Even now I see sometimes, providers have reviews where the hobbyist while inquiring, expected sex or some other acronym for the duration of a session, but on arrival they dont necessarily have to get all those expectations met.... its upto a provider's discretion and vibes you get if you as a provider want to partake or not; and its common sense for the hobbyist not go further or exert force, else is borderline rape, though consent can be argued.

Not sure if Im intellectualizing this a little too much, but I do feel it was looked at as a man vs woman thing back then, and this hobby really isnt just about that. The 2 sides of this world are hobbyists (which can be men, woman, trans and other genders) and providers (also can be men, woman, trans and other genders).

If it were to be tested today, it essentially is that providers (whether they have status or not in Canada) have agency to go to Law enforcement and get their justice, its a travesty that most trafficked providers don't even know this. Hobbyists, well if youre ripped off (by ripped off I mean blatant robbery, money changed hands and provider scrammed or took your valuables forcefully or any other sort of physical violence ) you have no recourse.

I'm confused regarding part of your statement. Are you saying myself, alongside the other names you mentioned have reviews that we lie about our services? Because I've never in my life lied to anyone about my services. Infact I'm highly against this type of behaviour. So I'm not sure what you're talking about. Or I'm reading it wrong 🤔

Two things…..

One - you no longer pay for an escorts time since we openly advertising selling sexual services. We use to that line pre-2014. But not anymore.

Two - as Candi said - I’m confused. Please point out reviews were we (the ones you listed) advertised services that the hobbyist didn’t get. Because I have never denied a service I advertise. If I can’t provide the service for some reason - I cancel the appointment.

Iets get a misconstrued line out of the way... I didnt mean it in that way, ignore that line, didnt mean to single or accuse any one of you ladies...corrected above #84
I meant just in general when clients inquire about a provider's services, they list out what services (acronyms) they provide for the half hour or hour or whatever
when a hobbyist comes to meet a provider, its pretty much YMMV based on vibe, hygiene or other cues...If you sense something severely off either during or before the session and can’t provide some of the services for some reason, don't or cancel the appointment.

Yeah, I dont know where people get the impression that people from Terb are great. I make one post that gets misinterpreted and I get flooded with time wasters and weirdos.

A lot of creeps try to use Terb to gain leverage but I generally see them as mean, entitled and weird. Theyre generally harsh, mean spirited.

If THEY make a mistake they threaten a bad review. Theyre like babies. I really lost a lot of respect from men for their strange behaviour surrounding sex work and thinking websites like this give them leverage and power to be absolute jerks.

I've been trying to connect with Naughty Cougar for the last week or so. I've texted a few times and called with no response. Do you think after dealing with this jerk if she's taking some time off or maybe just seeing regulars? I would like to see her as she seems like a nice person, has great reviews and I like her photos. Any information to contact her would be great, thanks.

I would report them to the police.
Let me being by saying it is a dirt bag move not paying or ripping anyone off. Unfortunately police can do anything for you because sex for money is still not legal.

For example a drug dealer cant sue or say it’s fraud of a buyer who doesn’t pay him for the drugs. Would be a strange world if police was enforcing or going after drug buyers for non payment or theft.

Police only enforce laws and legal business transactions and unfortunately the SW business is still not legal. This is one of the reasons I think they should legalize it and make it safe for everyone.

I don’t doubt there a lot of shitty people on terb but you can’t paint everyone with the same brush. There are some great people on here as well.

I review girls and have had some shitty sessions with a SW and I never give a bad review unless I feel I’ve been ripped off. I’ve been lucky enough to not had anyone rip me off and thank all the good standing members on here who have built some street cred within the Terb community and have Tftt.

When it comes to shitty reviews of a SW, I take them with a grain of salt. SW are humans and maybe they just don’t find me attractive or we just don’t have any chemistry. Or we just don’t have good sex together. No reason to give a bad review . I’ve date girls in RL and they are a great person, attractive and we just have shitty sex. It happens. That’s the reason why I don’t give bad reviews unless it was a blatant way to steal money from me.

I have a lot of respect for SW. Some people don’t realize you are running a business. You are the marketing department, accounts receivables, reception, and Customer service dept. With every business you’ll have some shitty clients but the majority are usually good. Just have to find a way to weed out the shitty ones but that takes time and experience. The ones that last in any business figure it out quick.

I’ve never had the pleasure of seeing you YET but I hope you’re as great as they all say you are on TERB😉.

This is not true at all.

It is not illegal for me to sell sexual services and I linked cases, one in Durham, in post #51 - where women have pressed charges against clients for non payment. The guy will be charged for the theft and for purchasing sexual services which is illegal, but selling is not.

So I would press charges if this happened to me.

I didn’t realize that there was a case and didn’t see your post. I will say he was charged and we dont know if he was convicted but he’s still a dirt bag either way.

I’ll concede to not knowing about the case but we don’t know if the conviction was given to set precedent.

I’m glad they made an example of him even if he didn’t get convicted. His name published all over hopefully will deter anyone else from doing it.

The case in Muskoka, which I also linked, he was convicted. I know because I know one of the escorts in the case.

This has been proven in a court of law. To the point that it has been proven not to be a sexual assault even though consent was only given based on payment. It is considered theft/fraud depending on type of payment.

I’m not trying to cause issue here with you but this has been proven. I know what I am talking about here. Again it is illegal for you so other charges of purchasing sexual services would be added to the original charge regarding non-payment. I can go to the police because I am doing nothing illegal. It became legal for me in 2014.

Hey you’re only telling us what you know with facts . I can appreciate that. Glad the dirtbag got convicted 👍🏼

Sorry, I disagree.

Selling is legal. Buying is not. Therefore it is not possible to complete a sex for money transaction without one party violating the law, making it illegal by any logical definition.

In 2014 providing services was made legal. This was done for the benefit of sex workers who previously would not have gone to the police to report any related crimes for fear of being arrested themselves.

Which means Sex work is legal. Buying is not but as a sex worker, I’m not going anything illegal. There is no "logical definition" here. There is factual and factually the SW business is legal. The industry may not be fully legal but the sex worker business is. Sex work is not just escorts BTW. It is MPAS which is legal and enforced by licences and By-law, strippers, porn, etc.

So yes. The sex worker business is legal. As a sex worker, in many aspects of business, it is legal.

Which is why women can have medical arrested for not paying.

Look at the weed industry. You can legally buy and sell weed in stores but a dealer can't have a person charged for ripping him off because that is illegal but a store can. Because the stores business is legal but the dealers is not. It is about what is factual, not logical.

This is why we put the donation on a table or dresser not physically exchanging it into their hand generally. Most times they'll tell us where they want us to even put the donation. If it's some undercover sting and she asks what are you here for when you arrive you're best to take your donations if you haven't placed them somewhere yet and not reply and leave. Via text if it's some legit SP she already knows and doesn't waste time with a dumb question asking why you're here. They can't prove over text it was you really texting them so during some lame undercover sting they'll ask in person. Don't even reply asking look at the text I sent you because they want you to admit you're paying for sex.

Yes, sex work is legal, but exchanges of sex for money are not, because one party is breaking the law even if the other isn't. It is legal for you to sell me one of your world class blowjobs, but It is not legal for me to pay you for it.

In a pretend world where nobody ever broke the law, the legality of sex work would be a moot point because you would never have any customers.

OK, I'll stop being pedantic now.
