Because he and Arnold are in the same union. Arnold's success is Jesse's success. Jesse gets 50k/year from SAG and $0 from WWE, even though they still profit off of his likeness and commentary.

Hulk makes millions/night and kicks down on guys making 10k. Arnold gets offered 14 million and teaches Jesse how to make more.
