FYI, the attrition is already on the go, since this past fall. When Poilievre will be in office, he will use Harper's way. So, expect at least 10 000 to 15 000 cuts, if not more (last time in 2012 they cut 19 500 people).
Don't forget that, since 2015, Trudeau added 130 000 more people into the federal. What's coming is huge.
