Need help finding reliable SP’s or agency in Ottawa

Hello gentlemen, as the title says it I’m looking to find a reliable agency in Ottawa.
I’m new to the capital region recently, moved from Toronto and the only thing I hear in ottawa is all about spas and MP’s which I never partook and also don’t want to. I am a FS guy and most of the reviews in this forum are about MP from CMJ, Alpha and Hush clubs and I don’t understand why there is such scarcity in SP space.

As we all have our personal lives outside this, being in GTA helps me schedule my appointments ahead and don’t have any hiccups often. In my civvie life I usually schedule 30min and 45min so I don’t get suspicious and planning my schedule helps under these circumstances. So I’m looking for your suggestions and recommendations of SP’s/agencies

For what I understand are a bunch of reasons, there isn't an SP agency scene in Ottawa, let alone one like you're used to back here in Toronto. So, your primary options are a) independents, of which there are several who are spoken of highly or 2) finding the MAs (the Ottawa term, as opposed to MPAs here in Toronto) at the spas you've named and other places who have more open menus. There are plenty of them out there, and folks here will have some good recommendations for you.

Try Thyst.link for Ottawa. It's 4 pages long of SP. The higher up on the list, the more recent the activity. Most of the women on the first 2 pages are pretty solid bets for FS.

There are no non Asian agencies operating in Ottawa anymore. The last ones left about 10 years ago. Massage parlours have become the replacement along with some excellent independent ladies. Many of the ladies are also members of OIC - you can read about their organization here.
