I see all the comments here, I would have to say I don't wish ill upon the boy. I was a nutty fun loving 15 year old once and did silly things especially with my friends. I think he will suffer enough without my judgement. I feel for his mom and dad they must be hysterical.

Okay you guys, you have it all wrong. These teenagers were watching the movie top secret, and in the beginning of the movie there is a fight on top of the train. These teenagers thought they would be as tough as the East German soldier, they were wrong. Just go and watch the first three minutes of the movie you’ll understand.

I can't find the video, but years back, youtube had one in which an a guy from India, was jumping /playing on top of a train and he touched an over head wire and got fried to a crisp instantly, LOL,

I can tell you when I was 15, I was out roaming the streets at midnight. It was a different time back then, I just wasn't dumb enough get on the roof of a speeding train.

I was thinking the same thing. My friends and I were pretty juvenile and did lots of stupid shit, never would have gotten on the roof of a speeding train, but I get what your saying.

I'm going to hazard a guess and say that 98% of today's teenagers don't even know the movie Top Secret!
