Agreed, the schedule tab/page could be better. The best way to see who is DT or West on a given day, IMO, is to use the Book Now tab.

I had the same issue. They fixed it for me in no time. I'll have to have a look at the mobile experience to see how 'brutal' it is. On a desktop, there are some kinks to work out, but overall I find it very nice.
