    Happy Canada Day

    You would like my poutine. Fresh hand-cut fries, squeaky cheese curds and a slowly simmered beef gravy.... And I don't smother it in gravy like so many places do. Just enough gravy to melt the cheese and add a great flavour. 🙂

    Tomatoes are fruit. So are olives. Anyway, I love pineapple on pizza. For me, It's the combination of sweet and salty that works well in many dishes. :)
