Indeed, Japango is the way to go. You can always try their sister restaurant, Yuzu, (adelaide and duncan). Not as much character as Japango, but delicious, none the less.

Sometime I'll have a couple drinks in me before showing up to see an SP. It's often the catalyst for visiting a SP and it relaxes me. It got me thinking, what's the drunkest you ever showed up to see an SP and what happened? You get rejected? You play it off? Did the SP know and didn't care...

Too bad it wasn't a homicide...would make for an awesome The First 48.
