I do not understand what you mean by 'VSC for one lap minimum'. Walk me thru the details. In this case, say Norris was on Turn 8 (out of 22) on Lap 10, when the VSC begins. And they are ready to resume racing when Norris is on Turn 20 on the same lap (10). Instead of resume to racing...

It is not as simple as that. One lap means, lap time of the person leading or is it Cadillac? Also how does one calculate what is one lap, when the cars may be pitting during the lap, and the pit times may vary. What if one team decides not to pit that lap, then how do you calculate one lap...
