Working really hard on it. The City bylaws make it legal. The City Zoning bylaw makes it illegal It's crazy making. They say 6moths to get it updated.

That's what I'm hoping for. City is being a bit of challenge to have them interpret their own by-laws and application process. Hoping by end of summer something should be up and running.
