It seems weird now, but up until the late 60s, it was common to list a person's address when they were mentioned in the newspaper! This included people charged with crimes.

I think you're in denial if you don't think any of the Asian places in Ottawa are involved in trafficking. It's not just a Toronto and Montreal thing. There have been arrests of people in Ottawa tied to Asian human trafficking and it's not hard to connect the dots to many of the places discussed...
