yeah - the city is not interested in enforcing the bylaws about unleashed dogs outside of leash free areas. At best the big white bylaw trucks slowly drive by giving everyone a change to put their dogs on a leash. The city can say they did some enforcement, the dog owners don't get charged and...

checking voice mail is a hassle. especially with so many spam calls. that's why I ensure I have visual voicemail on my phone. I can simply read the transcription of the call and more quickly decide whether or not to responds
