not disagreeing with your assessment, but I saw him starting the year from the bullpen and then progressing to the rotation. If (when) called up mid-season I would expect it to be as a starter.

He won't break camp with the Jays, not because he isn't ready but because it makes financial sense to delay his entry into the league so the club has him under control for a longer period of time. If he is mentally and physically ready for the bigs, as a fan, that is where I would like to see him.
