They call you at home, they don't email. You can always call them too. When they call me and even if it seems ligit, I will sometimes call them right back. I just ask that they leave a note on my file so the next customer service rep will know what its all about.

I agree with most of what you said, but the most important thing now is money. She is alone with 2 young kids and lost her good job. Food, shelter etc are all balanced on money. If she has financial resources, then she can take care of her kids and herself. Money is paramount, in my opinion...
