I don't mind the question when your ratings are good but for me it raises a flag, especially when my lived reality is one where I might face some discrimination. Its a bit unfortunate that's how it is. I've also had one particular experience where an SP said I don't usually see people of your ethnicity but I'm welcome anytime and I never repeated. Unfortunately I had the same frustrating and unprofessional experience while trying to book an appointment.
