1-1 tie , in overtime now!The ladies are playing better than the Leafs
I don't really watch women's hockey, but this has been an exciting game so far
Canada had their chance in OT, had two 2 on 1 chances but both times didn't make the pass and elected to take a difficult shot, thats what happens when you try to play hero ball.
Didn't watch the game. Only saw the wining OT goal in highlights. That was terrible defending one on one. Left the goalie in a tough spot. This one stings considering they shut them out with 2 minutes left in the 3rd period.
I thought the divide was much larger between these two teams at this stage but good to know they're still right there.

She was indeed. But without Canada's goalie for this game, USA would have won 4 or 5 to 1.
That's like saying that the Leafs are a great franchise because they've won the second most cups in the history of the league.
I disagree with that comparison, because our ladies Gold medals are far more recent than Maple Leafs 1967 Stanley Cup win.

The US ladies are now far superior to Canada. If I'm not mistaken, they've beaten Canada 6 straight games, and I see this trend continuing. Today was close but Canada was humiliated in the prelims.
