Post #2483Filipo, I have scoured the internet to find if Tyler Robinson has leftist affiliations and found nothing. Utah is a hardcore GOP State, if you have evidence please inform us
Yeah looks like he was a groyper.I was spot on. You Lefties wont admit that it was one of your own that shot Charlie Kirk, and you still wont admit to it.
You even said it yourself, you think he's either MAGA or a goyper
Because it backfired and it everyone called it out and started cancelling their subscriptions to Disney and Hulu.If that's true then why is Kimmel back on the air??
I am saying ABC's definition of "profit" may be very different to how you are imagining it.It sounds like you don't like the word "profit". So you repackaged it to make it more palatable for yourself.
I don't really care. At least we know the one who tried to clip the head clown from the rooftop was a rightie....but a rightie with a bad shot. The fact Tyler Robinson is a left-winger is really getting to you, isn't it??![]()
It does seem to really bother you when left wingers are popular.Insid, none of your research has any relevance to my point.
In any event, I said I suspect Kimmel is less popular in heavily conservative, Christian markets. I didn't think it required research.
No it doesn't.Sure it does.
Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country. It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive. We have spent the last days having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy, and after those conversations, we reached the decision to return the show on Tuesday.
Don't stop Wyatt mid-way through his pretzelling!!! He's going to get hurt, dammit! No it doesn't.
Walt Disney's statement on why they suspended Kimmel below. Nothing to do with ratings.
No, you're entitled to your opinion but you're not entitled to my imagination.I am saying ABC's definition of "profit" may be very different to how you are imagining it.
Right, Disney+ (and Hulu) are so upset about that, they just raised the monthly subscriptions.Because it backfired and it everyone called it out and started cancelling their subscriptions to Disney and Hulu.
That then refutes the theory that the FCC head and Trump canceled Kimmel, or that they have the power to do soBecause it backfired and it everyone called it out and started cancelling their subscriptions to Disney and Hulu
squeeze, do you really read the thread and what people are actually saying?Don't stop Wyatt mid-way through his pretzelling!!! He's going to get hurt, dammit!
That makes sense to increase prices when subscriptions go down, to keep their margins.Right, Disney+ (and Hulu) are so upset about that, they just raised the monthly subscriptions.
"Some Jimmy Kimmel fans who opened Hulu to watch the late-night host's return to TV were coincidentally met with a notice that their subscription cost will soon be increasing.
Disney notified Disney+ and Hulu subscribers on Tuesday, Sept. 23 that prices of many of their plans are going up next month, according to updated rates listed on their websites.
Most standalone subscription plans for the two Disney-owned streaming services will increase in price, while select bundle plans for both Disney+ and Hulu will also be impacted.
The price hikes came amid a firestorm around the suspension of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on ABC, which is owned by Disney. The network announced on Sept. 17 that it would indefinitely stop airing Kimmel's late-night show over comments the host made about the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. The show returned to air on most ABC affiliates on Sept. 23. Sinclair Broadcast Group or Nexstar Media Group preempted the show from returning to their ABC-affiliate stations."
USA TODAY has reached out to Disney+ and Hulu for comment.
They certainly tried which is why he was indefinitely suspended for a week. That then refutes the theory that the FCC head and Trump canceled Kimmel, or that they have the power to do so
Sounds like Disney is pushing back. They certainly tried which is why he was indefinitely suspended for a week.
LOL no.That makes sense to increase prices when subscriptions go down, to keep their margins.
They can try all they want. There is nothing wrong or illegal about that. They certainly tried which is why he was indefinitely suspended for a week
I won't be snarky by posting a laughing emoji.No it doesn't.

Yes Shaq, that's how prices are determined by large corporations. Some execs get in a room, decide how much money they want to make and then they back into prices. That makes sense to increase prices when subscriptions go down, to keep their margins.
