Are you arguing that you don't think there is systemic racism in the US still?
Or are you just arguing that nothing should be done about it?
What Kirk seemed to argue is that the real issue is that the systemic racism didn't go nearly far enough because declining birth rates and immigration meant a more diverse population. AKA 'white nationalism'

Show me this debate where he says this?

Again, men's in women's bathrooms or sports is just a consequence of what is being argued. That the Civil Rights Act was noble in intention giving everyone equal rights, equal civil liberities. But the way the laws are written are too broad and are now being circumvented and not having the desired effects.
What does that have to do with MLK and the Civil Rights Act?

You've got a bee in your bonnet about trans issues and DEI and this has nothing to do with King.
As for MLK, I believe Kirk used to revere MLK as a civil rights hero and but changed his tone because of damning evidence that has come to light about King's behaviour in his private life, i.e. his treatment of women.
So? He's not famous for his private life. He's famous for over turning Jim Crow. You're mining for any little scrap you can find to attack what King did.

And Charlie Jerk treated women outrageously badly himself. You think "trad wifing" isn't mistreatment of women!??!

I don't see it that way and we can disagree. Quotas negatively affect quantitative metrics because standards are lowered. For example, a solider regardless of race, gender should meet a certain physical and intellectual standard in order to serve. These standards cannot be compromised. In business, merit and competency should be the only metric. Production and efficiency should not be compromised due to quotas. Why are we reducing humans and segregating them just on the basis of race or sexual orientation. Sounds awfully bigoted to. Id prefer to be judged on my achievements and my character rather than people seeing and judging me by my skin colour. Simple right?
No. For most jobs, you have a number of fully qualified candidates for the position. If you are mandated to accept a non white candidate, there is usually no loss in quality.
There has been so many provided. They are incredibly easy to look up. Instead I challenge you to provide me something other than a 15 sec spliced clip with Charlie's racist views where he gets a chance to explain it in context. Like I said, there is a difference in methodologies on how we come to our conclusions. Id prefer not to rely on a 15 sec clip or some article that conveniently takes quotes out of context to base my opinion and like to get a fuller picture of all the evidence before coming to a conclusion.
C'mon. Give me the damn example!

I actually provided the clip where Joy Reid stated she is a DEI hire in direct response to you. Biden said Ketanji was a DEI hire.

So the crickets comment is inaccurate.
Even if they are - and I suspect Ketanji was being sarcastic - there's no reduction in quality. So that blows your entire argument.

You know what's fucked up??..... Trump hiring massively unqualified people like Habba, Bongino and Patel to do jobs they have absolutely no experience, aptitude or background for.

I've already explained how the civil rights act has been circumvented.

Let me break this down. You have 10 qualified candidates, for 2 positions. To be qualified you need to be in the 90th percentile. Are you going to hire the 2 candidates who are in the 99th percentile or chose the 2 candidates who scored at the 90th percentile just to fill the quota based on race or sex? Easy decision that has now been made complicated by quotas.

Finally, it is not my job to teach you how to use the internet. Within the 150 pages in this ridiculous thread, there are many. Within the vast internet, there are countless examples. Refine your search, and step out of your algo. Show me a clip that is longer than 15 seconds where Kirk's "racist" views are present without taking it out of context.

"Biden, who has consistently signaled his commitment to use his presidential power to advance DEI, promised to nominate a Black woman to the Court in the event of a vacancy – and, to his credit, he followed through. Biden’s handling of Jackson’s groundbreaking nomination offers three practical lessons that can help leaders to get unstuck and, ultimately, better connect their creeds and their deeds."

See how easy it is to search the internet. Like I referenced, Biden said Ketanji was a DEI hire. He made it a mandate.

I did not challenge what you or Oracle alleged Joy Reid said.
I challenged Kirk's characterization of them because they were DEI hires and your attempts at sane washing his characterization of them.
So my *crickets* comment was accurate.

Another one by Sean Fitzgerald the Actual Justice Warrior.

This one he carefully dissects the lies that AOC has crafted about the late Charlie Kirk.

It's truly disgusting how the left has tried to smear Charlie.
The narrative about how Charlie was celebrating Paul Pelosi's attack is now up in flames. Funny how they never seem to include his entire explanation about the hypocrisy of the justice system and just include the seemingly "racist" or "hateful" tagline only in their articles or clips.

Good.
DEI is good.
It provides qualified, talented and intelligent persons of colour opportunities that would not have otherwise existed due to systemic racism.
Now, saying they lack the brain power to be successful, because they are DEI hires, is racist and Charlie Kirk did just that.
What I see here is because you haven't been able to sane wash Kirk's insane bigoted drivel, you have chosen to stick with "Oh Joy Reid said she was DEI", which is besides the point anyway, and not being debated.

When a person who holds the highest position in the justice system can't even define a term that a 3 year old can explain, Id say that is a reduction in quality.

I provided the questioning of this hearing in its entirety because yes i believe context matters.

Just as their are countless examples like the trump family being hired on with no talent, education, skills or anything but skin colour.
The entire GOP is filled with unqualified idiots who are there because of their race.

Your stats claim is cherry picked to use a small sample base but ignores the issue, if you have 2 people in your group of 10 that are similarly qualified the numbers say the white will be hired over any other race.

Quotas do not exist in the US as it is illegal and unconstitutional.
So this scenario does not arise.
Recruitments are also not based on percentiles. I dont know where you got that weird criteria.
The truth is for a single position - lets say one of an Accountant, there are multiple equally qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
Nothing wrong in picking the POC candidate because you want more diversity in the organization.
There is nothing called "the best qualified candidate for a job".
All jobs are replaceable.
All that matters for a job is a) Whether the person can do the job and has the necessary experience, education and qualifications. b) Will that person be okay with how much you are offering to pay them?

You've been played.

MAGA fell for the classic magician's technique, misdirection.
You've been told to blame immigrants for the fact that you can't find a good job or that you can't get ahead.
They didn't screw over the system.

Charlie did not deserve what he got.
He however, got what he thought others should deserve in order for him to be able to have certain rights.
