I don’t have a cap, but I do live on a budge, so I currently don’t look at anything over $500/hour. My biggest consideration is location. I will pay more if it is private and convenient.

I'm in the same boat. On a monthly budget. The cap is 500 for one apt and I have to be really sure the woman is my type looks wise. If there are only heavy filter pics professionally done I pass. I need to see a Twitter account with homemade selfie etc that aren't filtered all to hell. I likely only see a few ladies max a year on the 500 cap. There is so much talent out there for less sometimes you can see 3 for that price and enjoy yourself but only with the right ladies.
To me this means a segment of members from the NCR have a firm budget booking 1h and that’s absolutely fair! A lot of members are here specifically looking for more affordable options and that’s fair too. Others get rate-shamed into not posting so just lurk. And then there’s the world outside this niche forum both on the lower end of fees and the much higher.
None of this is data though. Industry data would need a much broader representative sample and would also need nuanced stratification on services, location, experience & marketing collateral to name just a few. But I really like your suggestion. And at some point would love to be involved in industry polling.
At the moment we don’t have statistics available to us as providers, so we use other methods such as crossover business, supply & demand and net profits over expenses to decide on fees. Most SWs I know spend a lot of time considering and researching rates and do know what is right for them personally and their business so rest assured we are not just throwing darts at a board to select these!
Quite a lot of providers at the deeper end of the pool have a national or even international profile and so not necessarily pricing for just the local market. Others might be so popular, offering a look or service in demand so can do well at a higher rate and are still booked solid. And I think it bears mentioning most SWs have been slammed hard by the affordability crisis which exponentially increased costs for incalls, hotels, Ubers & airfares which had a domino effect on how we do things.
I think there will always be a bit of push-pull with rates to find the sweet spot no different from any industry. Hopefully we can remain a healthy one where both clients and providers feel well taken care of. Ultimately gents rebook with SPs at a budget they feel comfortable offering and a provider with which they had a great time so that kind of speaks for itself.

Well said Ruby. Having am awareness of the market you are in as well as those in other areas is a great strategy no matter the industry. It is relatively easy to do now adays and will at minimum give the provider the confidence that they need not haggle with clients and clients the confidence that they are paying a fair rate.
I remember meeting an SP who is is very well established and tours regularly. I met her when I was out of town for business and when I told her I live in Ottawa, she said that she rarely comes here now (except for a couple regulars who cover her expenses) because she believes the industry here is toxic. People fake booking, guys haggling rates and using review boards as a weapon, and girls protecting their turf at all cost. I see a bit of what she is saying when I read other reviews in other cities there is more information sharing and not trying to cancel someone's business reputation. Not sure what it is about Ottawa, but when I go to Montreal, Vancouver, or Toronto, the whole experience (research, booking, and the session itself) doesn't feel as dangerous.

I agree with everything you said. I just don’t have free time on my hands to elaborate. I keep my posts short as a result.
Okay, well I dropped 1600 here in Ottawa for 2 Ladies for 2 hours. I learned a lot from the experience, one of the major factors is if the Ladies know each other or at least understand what you are looking for in such a union of 3 individuals. As we moved forward through the session it became obvious that one lady was not into the session at all and even refused touching from My Regular Lady in any way shape or form. Both Ladies had shown enthusiasm for the session during the planning stages. I should have been more specific with the second Lady, as myself and My Regular Lady we definitely were on the same page. My Regular Lady whom I setup the session was very apologetic afterwards she reached out the next day, and we chatted for a while about what we both learned. Her and I met up at another session 2 months later, just the two of us and we made up for the other session in so many ways. I apologize if I reference to the SPs as Ladies or My Regular Lady, I see all the Ladies we see or spend time with here in Ottawa as individuals. Although we do spend money to spend time with them, I do respect what they do and I respect their time. I am not here to destroy or attack anyone's reputation and thus no names will be given to anyone even in PM situations.

Will be spending the most ona per hour basis in May when I get to see Maeve Rose in TO for a 2 hr tryst. Her ad is in the Ottawa ad sections for those interested. Very expensive but exactly what I have been looking for so thought, "why not"?
The most I have spent is $600 for 90 minutes on three occasions, all with the same SP. However, given the hit my retirement funds have seen since December plus what appears to be a recession heading our way, I will probably go with the option of $400 per hour every six weeks. I have never booked anything less than an hour as I can't see much enjoyment personally for me. That said, I have also had good experiences with some SPs in the $220-250/hour range as well.
$6K. For 5 days in Turks with a lovely lady. Included all her expenses (flight, meals, etc) and the $1K tip on return. Well worth it!!
How much was the vacation and how much was the fee for her time? Did you meet her on SA?
I’ve had great experiences at $280/hour but I’ve gone as high as $450/hour. Not sure I’d be comfortable going higher than that tbh.
Mmmm I have news for you they are all the same and save your money and go for someone who is $200 hour
Locally I won’t go above $350/hr. When in the GTA $400/hr with a Cupids Outcall to my hotel is my standard. I will pay much less for AMP.
I always book for 1hr, very rarely 90min and only 2 times less than 1hr.

I hear you, but some of us have a set limit to what they’re willing to spend in this hobby. There are other life priorities and things that demand our play money. Also, for me personally I find ther is diminishing returns to funds spent as well as the thrill of finding unicorns —ddg provider asking reasonable rates (which are out there).
