The whataboutism by you Liberals is insane. You know your cherished leader should be putting out a plan, including fiscal plans, but all you can do is say whatabout Pierre. I do know, was Pierre ever PM, requiring him to put out a budget and plan? I don't recall him being there. But rest assured, Conservatives put out their budgets shortly after being elected.
He was talking big during the elections, now it’s all wait and see tactics.

He also was a trusted member of his party, being assigned several portfolios during his time when the Conservatives were in power.

Thats just not true, the entire TMX all 38B of it is captialized on the books. If Carney creates Build Canada as a crown corp to engage in PPP, then the seed money (Catalyst funds as Carney like to call them) will not be an expense. The crown crop will issue debt that is govt backed like CMHC.
