For the last couple of days, I've been listening to one of those "live feed Diddy trial" links by Fox News on YouTube. They really give you a real time play by play dictation of what's happening. Yesterday and today was Cassandra Ventura and the prosecution is getting her to describe everything of everything. Tomorrow starts the cross examination by the defense. Cassie is in her third trimester of pregnancy and she's already broken down in tears a few times. The defense needs to be extremely delicate with this cross examination or it will backfire completely.

So we're about halfway through this trial, and unless some major new evidence comes out I think the USDA has a very weak case against Diddy. At least based on all the evidence I've read so far. Here is what Diddy is, and what he isnt IMO.
Diddy is:
A woman beater.
A drug user.
A vandalist (he torched Cudi's Porsche).
A person who hires male and female prostitutes.
A total control freak and major asshole (which isnt against the law, however)
Diddy isnt:
A racketeer (I have no idea why they charged him with that).
A rapist (from what Harvey Levin said there's no video of Diddy raping or drugging anyone).
Below are the charges against him. I highlighted in red what I think he'll be found guilty of:
Sex trafficking
Forced labor
Interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution
Drug offenses
Kidnapping
Arson
Bribery
Obstruction of justice
Unless there's more damning evidence coming out this week, I dont see much of a case here.
