Attractive Staff

Are there any Bars or restayrants near downtown (Staying at the Chelsea) know for attractive bar and wait staff. Not a strip club or cabaret, just a casual dining or bar establishment (or even a little upscale is ok) where you are likely to find hot waitresses and bartenders?
Is Moxies still around?? Back in the day, that place really hit the nail on the head. I know the Jack Astors on Younge used to be pretty "selective" in their staffing, but I have heard that's not the case anymore??

We have a group of guys going up for a Jays game...but I haven't been in the city for a few years. An yadvise is appreciated.

Any of these places that hire on appearance, and are busy.meaning the gratuities are lucrative north of 20% and given to the server directly,…..just may have a “casting couch” system for hiring . After the “ #metoo”, this type of hiring had a wrench thrown in the works, but the practice still goes on. albeit with modifications.

Cool speak-easy kind of vibe.
The only thing I recall other than their old-fashioned and miso black cod was a few attractive Korean guests!

You do see the occasional cutie at Louix Louis as well—more evening than day.
I don't know if it's just me, but I tend to notice that there seems to be somewhat of an inverse relationship between how upscale an establishment is and how incredibly attractive the staff is.
There are exceptions of course.

As Someone who was in the industry for decades this is the very real case. Who do you think hauls the beer kegs/cases around?

The waitstaff was close to 40% males when I went there to watch a game
