If you read the article with clear mind you will notice that the regulation doesn’t read or imply that the Nazi flags are OK. What the actual regulation permits is “a historic version of a flag” that is in “accordance with curriculum the [local education authority] governing board approves.”
It is highly unlikely the school board will ever approve a Nazi flag lol.

It is unlikely because that would require an approval of the school board. But, let’s say the school board approves a request to raise the Nazi flag. Most likely that will violate state or federal laws idk. But let’s say will not violate. Then will be a public outcry and the municipality change the regulation to explicitly ban it. Like they changed it this time for overdoing it with the LGBTQ woo-woo in the educational system.
But this is beyond the point. The point is that you are ideologically possessed to the degree that you keep posting low quality shit that is not true. The regulation doesn’t say it is OK to raise the Nazi flag, contrary to the headline.
