Carrie just nails this...The cool thing is everybody singing along.
I'm sure there a bunch of creepers who want to check balls as well.
The point is that this gives creepers the authority to force kids to strip.
Expect to see it abused.
Why would it be a Constitutional issue?
The Constitution wouldn't address it.
This is perfectly legal.
The State can impose gender on people for purposes of all state functions.
Now, that's the Federal government.
Some state governments will have different rules.
At some point, a conflict between those rules could go to the Supreme Court and cause a ruling.
But there is nothing stopping Trump from doing this legally.
