yeah Syria situation kinda screwed up their narrative a fair bit 😂
Can't be that good with Sharia and this news.

The new Minister of Justice of the jihadist government, Shadi al-Waisi, a graduate in Sharia law and co-founder of the Sharia Authority in the areas controlled by al Qaeda, has announced the implementation of Sharia law: female judges will be removed from their positions.

That country who destroyed your country's military defence capabilities
has nuclear weapons. Retaliation is suicidal. That scum of the world of
a country has openly warned you of the consequence of aligning with Iran
and you know it meant what it said. It is foolish to respond with defiance
at a time when your own country is in shamble and without the resources
and means to defend against land grab from that scum. Now is the time to
build a functional government not to make enemy. At some point Syria will
need to add nuclear weapons to its arsenal for deterrence against Israel.
Apparently that has to be set aside however imperative it is.
Israelis will nuke the fuck out of Syria if it even dreams of doing that.

They're going nuts. Israel defeated Hamas and Hezbollah. Syria and the Iranian connection is fallen too. Israel destroyed S 300 and 400's and most of the other weapons. It would be easy for Israel and the US to blow up Iranian nuclear facilities. Apparently Trump is thinking about it too. (y)

I feel sad for Syria.

Islam is incompatible with democracy. They went from being under the thumb of Iran to Saudi Arabia.

Obviously it is next to impossible for Syria to build its nuclear
missile launcher like North Korea before they face total anniilation
by Israel.

Syria will have to settle for the use of portable nuclear bombs. Such
suitcase nuclear devices are nowhere as destructive as Kim's missiles
though. Detonation of more than a handful of such devices by suicide
bombers in the capital city will be needed to get the job done.

I feel sad for Syria.
I expect to see as many as 1 million refugees fleeing Syria as
the country sinks into chaos and very few to no countries will want
them. Stability and unity may be restored in time if luck is on Syria's
side to prevent another mass exodus to Europe. But who can Syria
turn to for help? I guess Turkey will play a part in helping to rebuild the
country.

I was never an advocate of Trudeau and his Liberals' refugee policies.
But if Trudeau announces acceptance of anothe wave of Syrian refugees
I may feel inclined to take his side.

Syria’s new Prime Minister might be distancing the country from Iran for several reasons. First, Syria could be under pressure from countries like Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, which want to limit Iran's influence in the region. Syria may also want to improve relations with these Arab nations for support and investment. Additionally, Syria needs a lot of money to rebuild after the war, but Iran is struggling economically and can't offer much more help. Syria may be seeking investment from wealthier countries, which might require moving away from Iran. There are also internal political factors, as some groups inside Syria may want less Iranian influence to make the government more independent. Furthermore, Syria has many different religious and ethnic groups, and closer ties to Iran, which is mostly Shia, could cause tension with Syria’s Sunni population. With changing alliances in the Middle East, Syria may also want to align more with other Arab nations to avoid isolation. Russia, a key ally, may prefer that Syria rely less on Iran to maintain a balance in the region. Overall, the Prime Minister’s stance seems to be shaped by diplomatic, economic, and political factors.

Given Iran's close tie to Russia, Syria distancing from Iran may
not matter as much. Russia could be the only military power
able to shelter Syria from Israel and U.S. attacks. Problem is it
is tied down by the Ukraine war. I have a hunch that Putin was
actually relieved to see Israel's destruction of Assad's navy so
it wouldn't fall into Ukraine's hands.

Still trying to perpetuate the idea that it's evil to destroy Assad's advanced weaponry before a lose coalition of Islamists take them?

And a few sources had the early Israeli strikes coordinated with rebel groups who wanted to make sure Assad loyalists or opposing factions getting their hands on them. Now you could argue that HTS and others don't have the infrastructure to support any advanced weaponry for too long but that isn't the angle you choose.

p.s. Nice job on being a franky by taking a thread about relations between HTS and Iran and changing the topic to a fixation on israel.

Treaty or no treaty signed with Israel at some point Saudi, Iran, Iraq and
eventually Syria will have acquired nuclear missiles for national defence.
...
Do you really think it's a good thing for unstable countries like you listed having nukes?

😂😂 Too funny. Frank has been banned, but who knows maybe he's coming back with the same name otherwise he's already got another handle. Same with Bomboklatt also known as Danmand or Oil & Vinegar. In any case most are happy for the less bullshit on Terb. I was reading some of the Syrians on the golan wanted to be annexed by Israel, which is doing a good job by eliminating Assads weapons.
On the topic of being banned and reinventing themselves, I guess game knows game.
