The positive review I refer to is the links you highlighted. She was extremely booked up and difficult to even get an appointment. Please be more insightful before making judgments. True, it had appeared to me, based on the order of responses, that he himslf had an aweful experience (he didn't elaborate much). But I can see now that does not appear to be the case. Fortunate for him (or anyone else) that he didn't base his decision on your first review.
