Likely New York State is fearful and rightly so of a deranged and vengeful POTUS elect’s reprisals and are trying to mitigate the damage. Look at the weird array of actors among Trump’s appointees goon squad.

They had nothing on any front from the beginning! Now Democrats and the Left need to pay back the TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in taxpayer funds they wasted on these political witch hunts!
