Yes, HIS comments are taken out of context, yet Harris' are totally accurate...

You really can't have it both ways. The best managers hire the best people and let them work. Then have them bring the best, most objective info possible back to the ceo or president or whomever. Then decide the course of action. That's not the same as a debate. That how a good ceo or president runs an administration.

The results of the "he's been incompetent all along!
