It's not CO2 as Climate alarmists claim, it's Nitrogen

If I was King Dictator I would definitely not be pouring billions of tax dollars into unproven and ineffective technology like wind and solar. Nuclear and hydroelectric absolutely.
I agree with you on nuclear 100%. Clean, sustainable and the least dangerous source of energy.

Problem with it is that there is too much fear about it from people who don't understand, they just feel fear.

And much like the so called climate crisis. The media lies is what is creating this fear.

I feel the bigger issue is the safety of our oceans and fresh water supply not the climate change BS.
So many countries are raping the oceans. These huge industrial fishing boats put out huge nets to catch anything and everything. The senseless killing of sharks just for the fins.
Huge amounts of plastic and industrial run off poison costal areas.
People flushing unused pharmaceuticals down the toilet.
This should be a huge concern for everyone.

I don't believe in human induced climate change. The climate changes on it's own. The fear mongering climate scientists will even admit that the planet has gone through numerous ice ages and we are still coming out of the latest one. Also say when the dino's were walking around there were no polar ice caps.
The planet is always in a state of change. Get used to it because there is nothing we can do about it.

it's hard not to be skeptical about our leaders intentions

when on one side they scream pollution and on the other

sell huge amounts of coal to biggest polluters so they can pollute even more
You give politicians and the media too much credit.

And your factually misleading clickbait title is as intellectually dishonest as the politicians and media's actions.

Having a rational, reasonable discussion is more and more difficult since social media has given too many emotional, non-rational people an outsized voice. Witness the My Pillow Guy, Alex Jones and Donald Trump. All idiot savants whose sole genius is that of being able to con disaffected, vulnerable people into buying what they are selling.

Be a good man, not one of them. (y)

those disaffected, vulnerable people are not conned into what Jones is selling

he is a mirror reflection of what these disaffected, vulnerable people feel

Jones, Pillow Guy and Trump are just more condensed versions of

the disaffected, vulnerable people

just like Nitrogen and CO2 ;)

At least you admit it is a feeling. Too many people who don't know, insist they do know.

Yes indeed.. I agree with you completely here. But dismissing the novel, unknown symbiotic effect of this is easy when people can hide under the excuse of "Get used to it because there is nothing we can do about it."

The same argument can be made about species extinction. Since 95% of known species of living organisms have gone naturally extinct, who gives a fuck if we wipe out tuna, herring or codfish by overfishing? They're going to go extinct just like dinosaurs one day anyways. 🤷‍♂️

With due respect my fellow honourable whoremonger, if you really understood organic chemistry and physics related to the law of the conservation of energy, you'd have no doubt whatsoever that despite the apparent vastness of the oceans and atmosphere, humans can and are indeed causing the planet to warm. Statistical guys may be off on the modelling of when we reach the tipping point of no return... but we humans do have an effect.

All part of the holocene, the sixth mass extinction and yes, climate change.
Its all related.
