Aileen Cannon is a absolute disgrace and a perfect example of the unqualified, right-wing judges the GOP wants to install all over in America.
If Trump filed a motion claiming to be a King, she would schedule hearings to have oral and written arguments to decide that motion. She does the bare minimum to stay on the case, all while making sure this trial is delayed well past the election.

When Trump’s cases eventually find their way past the constant delays and appeals and find their way to trial Trump tends not to do very well. Trump’s track record vs the Facts is not very good; and his lawyers wind up getting disbarred or sent to prison.
