A 1.5 km tunnel into Israel that was discovered a decade ago was estimated to cost $10 million US and used 800 tons of concrete. Multiply that by the hundreds of km Hamas has claimed and imagine how much money and building supplies could have actually helped the people of Gaza.
And back to pretending terror attacks targeting civilians, raping women, and taking elderly and infants hostage is a legitimate legal response?

Could you detail what ICC or ICJ investigation has been launched or requested about Hamas' actions? Can you show a single post where you've criticized either of them for not opening cases into Hamas? Israel called on investigations but you dismissed it as Israeli propaganda.
But you know as well as I do that you're just using the claim as a way to avoid criticizing hamas.
You said Israel, not the occupation of the West Bank. Do you have a single legitimate source that says Israel's existence is illegal?
1 - How does that refute the hundreds of hours of videos of Hamas tunnels buried under civilian or protected structures?
2- Yes, it is explicitly illegal for Hamas to build military infrastructure in protected sites or use the for military operations.
More significantly we both acknowledge how much poverty and lack of infrastructure there is in Gaza so it is morally reprehensible for Hamas to waste billions of dollars and use millions of tons of building supplies on their obsession with violence.
It's so idiotic the way you cherry pick statements from the ICC (and that of the UN, HEW, Amnesty... ) while still denying they all agree that Israel's occupation of the West Bank does not in any way justify attacks on Israeli civilians.
Hamas themselves admit they target civilians. Hamas video shows them targeting civilians. Meanwhile the ICJ still hasn't claimed Israel does.
