Saw Katie, bit of a rush to put on the hat. But asked for more of what I wanted and received it no issues. Seems to be slightly submissive.

Yeah, I have to admit that the last time I saw her, she was a bit rushed. Not a lot rushed, but certainly a little bit. Service level had dropped a bit since the date of my first review in March.
