Texting sucks!

Hi, I am new here and enjoy reading the reviews. I guess I will post my first experience which was very good. I cannot find the ad but it was at a hotel close to the airport in Hunt Club. I received what I was looking for, one hour with a beautiful spinner naked woman who provided me with a nice long massage and a BBBJ, no sex, I am too old for that! Unfortunately, this provider a week after texted me while my wife was sitting beside me. The text said, hey do you want to play. My wife saw this and of course challenged me, I could only think it was this person but WTF why would you do that! My wife ended up calling her as she did not believe me when I told her I did not know who this was. Of course the person told her she was at a hotel. Needless to say major fight and argument with my wife who not wants a separation!

So much for my first time trying to get a message with a HE! All this to say I will never text anyone again but that is a big problem because most ads say to text. Doesn't any want to talk on the phone anymore? I guess it is my age at 65 preferring to speak to a person and not on text. Is there a way to text and somehow block my number so the person does not have my number? I will post a review as soon as I am able to speak to someone on the phone to make an appointment. I think in my case the best thing to do is go to a walk in SPA. Thanks for letting me vent!

Hey! So sorry to hear about this experience,

I recommend getting a texting app or using other means of communication such as email or Twitter. You should turn off your notifications for texts or whatever communication platform you’re using in order to prevent situations such as this one.

Since a lot of ladies do not accept text apps, the easiest & most discreet way in my opinion is to create a separate burner email & use it directly from your mobile browser (don’t download the app) and logout of your email after your date, untraceable xo.

Thank you for the replies. I have actually created an email address which I would only log in using new private window on my iPhone which erases all history of sites visited etc. Still the majority of the ads that interest me say text only, very few options to email. I definitely do not want an extra phone, that would be suspicious. I realize that texting seems to be the way to go today but not for me.

I've made a few bookings through provider's twitter accounts as well for another option. Most reputable girls seem to have one also.

I use a text app and have mo issues from.those who claim to not want you to use them. I've only been turned down once because of it. I'm ok with that. Better to safe and discreet. Plenty of other providers.

Sorry to hear. I've been there and escaped the turmoil. I use TextMe with little to no issues. I turn off notifications for the app and rarely get calls on it. Block that provider in case she tries again. I get 1 or 2 msgs now from providers looking to book. I don't kind. And jot a problem since notifications are off.

Now, yes, as it was said, a texting apps, a "X" account and another email that is staying away of your real life is what I can recommend you.
With the 3 ways, I make my hobby life pretty easy.

Very unprofessional on the part of the provider, but this does happen. I can understand from the sp safety point of view why they don’t like the anonymity of text apps, but this is exactly why guys fear using their regular phones.
If your privacy is this critical, then need to take steps to protect it. Turn off notifications, use some kind of alternate number, ie text app, or burner phone or as others have suggested email or Twitter dms. Most providers will not respond to blocked numbers. When you first were confronted you should have just said “I have no idea who this is” texted back “sorry you have the wrong person” and then blocked it. Spam texts come in all the time.

In general I think text notifications/ previews are a bad idea anyway. Even if it’s not fro. A sex worker, I’d hope that when I text someone that my message doesn’t show up for all to see, and I don’t want everyone’s text message popping up on my locked screen. It’s like having all your phone convos on speaker phone (which so many people do nowadays…).

Oh man that sucks. Reputable providers never text at random times. Usually within the time you texted them to avoid your situation that you experienced.

But if you have a regular and want to keep their texts discrete, I save that contact as a common friend's name but make it different by giving the impression it's the friend's second number (ie "Michael Scott #2"). Then you can silent that specific contact's notifications.

There are sites you can pay to find out the carrier or app of any cell phone #
Some providers pay for this service for their protection. Or so I'm told.

You can get a Canada area code / # but if you simply google the number the carrier will come up as something other than the usual Rogers/ Telus/ bell/ Fido etc…

I personally pay for a blocker on my phone, meaning if a third party is used (Text app) I simply won’t receive the message.

Sorry to hear your story, Bro. A hobbyist's worst nightmare.

My asshole got so tight I could have cut a cigar when I was riding with my wife in the car and I saw a new SP's number pop up on the map screen. Fortunately I was driving and able to hit the hang up button on the steering wheel. Looks like a junk call, I said. Whew! It passed.

That was my lesson. From then on, I use TextNow, no exceptions. There is a pin to open the app and I made it totally silent.

Sometimes a provider says she does not accept text apps, I give it a shot anyway. Sometimes it works.

I do the email route, no chance of an unsolicited text popping up in front of the SO or having to explain why I have a text number on my phone if she happens to look. A few trusted providers I’ll text but it’s ladies who know / respect not to text me unless I message first etc

I only communicate by text app and have no issues. Even a lot of ladies who say no text app will respond to a well written message from a text app. Perhaps you don't, and I've had some say they won't take my booking because I'm using a text app, but to say "a lot" of ladies won't take your booking by text app is erroneous imho.

To the OP, use a text app and turn off notifications for the app. You will just have to make sure you're not missing messages when setting something up, but text apps are fine.

I didn't know people still used email lol. Other than Evelynn that is, who oddly enough doesn't reply to my email hahaha. The irony. Text apps ftw.

I use text apps or go through sites like Alpha and Hush where you can do all your booking online. I never park right in front of an in-call, always out of sight at a nearby strip mall or something similar. I never take my wallet inside, just the money I need, and I leave my phone after confirming.
