Thanks ogibowt. I realize that most of the Northern Soul and Deep Soul songs I've posted are of little interest to most terb members, especially those who were born after the "Golden Age" of soul music.

I just wanted to share the ones I like most from my years of collecting, with the terb members who are into soul music, and perhaps a few of them are gems that they may have never heard.

I hope that you and other soul fans will find at least a few of them enjoyable when you get around to listening to them.

I don't post many Motown, Stax, Hi, Atlantic, and other main-stream label songs from that era, as I'm pretty sure most terb members into that music have heard them before many times...

I'm definitely interested I just can't find the time right now to sit and listen through them all. The ones I have listened to I've enjoyed most of them.

Spencer Wiggins was an accomplished albeit relative unknown soul singer..who had a "churchy" sound imo
the Pickett version was more "full and utilized more instruments than Spencer,s version...both classics for a classic song
