What people 'get in trouble?' The only things I seen were some fucking idiots who know nothing about biology using this as an excuse to discriminate against trans people and their beliefs. They are not concerned about women's rights or children's rights- that is a lie. Dylan isn't an athlete or a child or even sponsored by AB. The conservative oppressors once again are trying to take away the rights of other groups because they are different. It's no different than if these idiots boycotted brands that are accepting of Muslims and wore shirts that said there is only one God not Allah. She's not a biologist, neither are you or tucker. None of us have a right to voice our opinion on these matters any more than we can refute Neil's Bohr and albet Einstein . If you meet someone and its not clear if they are a masculine woman, tranny or transexual you are an asshole if you refuse to politely call them what they want to be called and demand to know what they have in their pants/skirt/tights/dress.
I work regularly with people who fall in that category and I just refer to them by the pronouns they prefer and don't demand that they tell me what's in their underwear or state that I will only call them 'dude'.
Its not that hard or that big a deal.
