What movie that has been shown on American tv numerous times, has had to blur an actress’ chest area because she was wearing no bra underneath her flimsy top? In the uncensored version her breast were jiggling with nipples showing through her top.

Just a guess. I was young when the movie came out, but I remember a big deal was made about Bissett's boobs and nipples being accentuated by her wet t-shirt.
